NICU Family Support

For those experiencing a NICU stay with their newborn there are a number of ways a postpartum doula can provide support.

This can look different for every family and unique situation.

Some of these things include:

Home cooked meals and snacks
Laundry, cleaning, grocery shopping and other household tasks
Pick up, drop off or help with older children
Transporting milk or washing breast pump parts
Providing company for parents
Providing company for baby in the NICU while parents shower or sleep
